Merchandise Return Policy: Damaged items: Must notify Mel Ona immediately upon delivery. We will replace (or refund the cost of) the damaged item upon return of the damaged piece. No refund will be given after 3 days of delivery. Sometimes items can be damaged during shipping. Please check your items carefully upon delivery! Standard Merchandise Returns: Undamaged items may be returned within 30 Days of physical delivery. Return Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please re-pack the item carefully in the same box and in the same manner as it was received. Contact Mel Ona prior to returning the item(s) so that we may issue a return authorization number.
